hello, and welcome to vantaMOO! this is my own personal MOO that i set up for shits and giggles. there's a short list of rules as well as an expanded code of conduct. you'd do well to read -- not skim -- both. needless to say, i reserve the right to boot anyone from here at any time for violations -- though i will try to be understanding within reason.
SHORT RULES LIST
1. BE NICE!!! this is the most important rule that all the other ones fall under
2. no bigotry. this should be obvious. racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, etc. are all forbidden
3. nothing NSFW. this is not the place for that
4. nothing that pisses me off. this is subjective but you probably have a general idea of what will and won't fly here by now, i'll try to be understanding within reason if you slip up

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
the following behaviors are expected and requested of all community members:
1. participate in an authentic and active way. in doing so, you contribute to the health and longevity of this community.
2. exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.
3. attempt collaboration before conflict.
4. refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
5. be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
the following behaviors are considered harassment and are unacceptable within our community:
1. violence, threats of violence or violent language directed against another person.
2. sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language.
3. posting or displaying sexually explicit or violent material.
4. posting or threatening to post other people's personally identifying information ("doxing").
5. personal insults, particularly those related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.
6. unwelcome sexual attention. this includes sexualized comments or jokes.
7. deliberate intimidation, stalking or following.
